Global Pre-Sales Support Engineer (Santa Clara, CA):

We are hiring a Global Pre-Sales Support Engineer to join our Venture Lab Silicon Valley team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting direct and indirect sales initiatives by securing the “technical close”. This person will be the first hire for the pre-sales responsibility and grow into the role of manager of the group. You will collaborate with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. You will help manage and grow new and existing partner relationships to drive incremental revenue. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or another relevant field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology pre-sales. Strong presence and sales aptitude.

Global Customer Support Manager (Santa Clara, CA):

We are hiring a Global Customer Support Manager to join our Venture Lab Silicon Valley team. You will provide product support for customers and partners. This person will be the first hire for the support function and will grow into the management of the group. You will develop the support and customer success strategy. You will deliver exceptional service to our customers with every interaction. You will oversee case issue resolution, call monitoring, and development of performance metrics. You will develop solutions to enhance customer service performance, refine KPI’s, and share progress towards goals with the rest of the organization. You will analyze customer feedback from multiple data sources to identify actionable insights. You will be the voice of the customer within the company. Bachelor’s Degree required, or significant equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer success in technology. Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team.

Global Operations Manager (Santa Clara, CA):

We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to join our Venture Lab Silicon Valley team. In this role, you will work with the executive management team to establish the vision and strategy for the Global Operations function. You will develop, implement, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators for all areas of global operations, including Product management, program management, pre-sales and post-sales. You will design and implement best practices in Operations Policies and Procedures. You will validate new ideas and projects, prioritize a product’s release course, and coordinate all processes to get a product or idea ready for the market. You will provide research data on a product’s consumer desirability, technology feasibility, business viability, and supply chain delivery channels. You will evaluate, embrace and implement new breakthrough technologies designed to deliver a customer experience that significantly outpaces the competition. You will provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and analyses. You will assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. You will partner closely with global and regional counterparts in Global Ventures, Workforce Management, Finance, Sales, Account Management, and other functional teams to drive initiatives to successfully deliver on key business and customer priorities. You will create the product market strategy and generate the sales pitch to internal and external shareholders. You will assist with post-sales product support strategy and lead the implementation efforts. You will demonstrate a primary commitment to consumer safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and company quality processes and procedures.  In partnership with the Operations leadership team, you will ensure the Operations team goals and objectives are aligned with the company’s strategies and business objectives. You will develop and manage budgets for Operations; monitor and take corrective action to assure that budgets are met. You will engage with business partners to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the impact of proposed global regulatory, quality, and clinical research changes to current manufacturing processes and impact to market. You will support the investigation of complaints, product quality issues, and serious quality incident reports. You will build a high-performance, highly engaged functional culture aligned to the corporate culture to ensure the Global Operations team can attract, develop, engage, and retain talented associates. You will perform domestic or international job-related travel. To succeed in this role, you should have extensive global experience working in diverse countries, respecting cultural differences, and belief in diversity as a strength. You should understand business drivers; be able to utilize data, industry trends, and best practices to drive business decisions. You should have a deep understanding of product management, from the discovery phase to market launch. You should have experience pitching new ideas to internal and external shareholders. You should have experience developing strategy and implanting processes and procedure to meet business objectives. You should display strong ethics and integrity, understand how to build strategy, and mobilize a team to action. You should provide coaching and development to build the operations talent bench. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with clarity to align and motivate employees to action. You should have demonstrated experience in setting and motivating teams for improving processes and challenging the status quo. You should have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. You should be able to handle confidential information. You should have the proven ability to adapt to changing needs in fast paced office. You should have the ability to cope with conflict and stressful situations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree in Business (MBA) or master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, sales and marketing or related field. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Santa Clara, CA): 

We are hiring a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Venture Lab Silicon Valley team. In this role, you will function as a Regulatory Affairs subject matter expert on new product introduction, clinical, manager and engineering design control teams. This includes conducting reviews and providing expert regulatory feedback for specifications, device testing, risk management, and other relevant documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and with positioning for regulatory submission. Manage, prepare, and support regulatory submissions required for device approvals and registrations in the US and globally. Collaborate with global teams and portfolio companies on international approval efforts.
